Sophisticated Productions Teams Up With The Movement Talent Agency        

 

Sophisticated Productions is excited to announce we have teamed up with The Movement Talent Agency in the 2019 season!!! MTA is the premier leading talent agency for professional dancers and choreographers. Select MTA representatives will be joining Sophisticated Productions judging panel and scouting new talent from ages 7 and up in select cities. Here are some of the talent scouts who will be joining Sophisticated Productions judging panel in 2019.

 


 

 Jim Keith

Jim Keith, a former professional dancer, has been in the business of dance and choreography talent representation for more than 13 years. In his role as Partner and President at the Movement Talent Agency (MTA), Jim has been extremely influential in the career development of some of the most sought-after film, television and stage choreographers and dancers in the world. In 2006 he was asked to serve on the advisory board of Dance Spirit Magazine and in 2010, the Spirit Industry Trade Association (SITA) nominated him for “Dance Judge of the Year”. He has been asked to serve on the advisory board for the Young Choreographers Festival in New York City and currently sits on the advisory board for the World Choreography Awards and The Global Dance Initiative. He has been a dance judge for over 25 years for over 30 event producers worldwide.

 

Anabel Juco

Anabel Juco was born and raised in Mission Viejo, CA where she began her dance training in local studios throughout Orange County. She competed both with her local studio as well as her high school dance team and won multiple regional and national titles. She earned her first world championship title with the dance team in at Orange Coast College 2011 when they were selected to represent the US at the ICU World Cheerleading & Dance Championship. Since then she has won a total of 15 dance world titles with all-star dance team, PACE Elite. Anabel graduated cum laude from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a concentration in Entertainment and Tourism Studies in 2015. She is now a Jr. agent at The Movement Talent agency where she heads the youth department.

 

 

 Bridget Scheiner

Bridget Scheiner grew up in Houston, Texas where she trained with the Houston Met Dance Company, Allegro West Ballet Academy, Adamsons Ballet School, and danced competitively. She then relocated to Pittsburgh to attend Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts where she graduated Cum Laude, receiving a BA in Dance and a minor in English. After graduating, Bridget then took a contract with Stiletto Entertainment as a dancer on Holland America Cruise Lines which led her to Los Angeles where she signed with the Movement Talent Agency.


Since Arriving to Los Angeles, Bridget has been seen on screen behind Ariana Grande, Mac Miller, Jesse J, Paula Abdul, Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, TJR, and other artists. She has appeared in commercials for Garmin Vivoactive, Beats by Dre, The Greatest Showman Live Promo, American Horror Story, Weinerschnitzel, Avon, & Heineken. Her other on-camera credits include V-H-Yes, The Masked Singer, Dance Camp, Hollywood 911, & Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge Body. She has taken the stage performing live with Eplus Productions, Lucent Dossier, Aqualillies, LA Follies, Lucid Life Entertainment, Elite Entertainment Global, & Elan Artists.


You can find Bridget spending her weekdays in the LA area as a celebrity trainer and group fitness instructor. Bridget spends her weekends traveling, teaching master classes, and judging dance competitions. She has received choreography awards from Youth American Grand Prix, Kid’s Artistic Review, & VIP Dance and has been a judge with MA Dance since 2008. She loves sharing her passion and spreading the knowledge of dance and fitness to kids and adults of all ages. She is excited to be representing the Movement Talent Agency.

 

 Lauren Santos

Bio: Lauren Santos, originally from Guam, graduated with her B.F.A in Dance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. During her time there, she also had the opportunity to study abroad at the London Contemporary Dance School. Following graduation, she moved to New York where she worked with choreographers such as Bryn Cohn, Brice Mousset, Elena Valzintaris, Rich & Ton, and Shirlene Quigley. Lauren was a long time member of The Dash Ensemble, a New York based contemporary company, with Artistic Director, Gregory Dolbashian, but also freelanced in other company work, as well as commercial work, such as the Latin AMAs, The Tonight Show with Stephen Colbert, and various music videos. Currently, she is based in Los Angeles where she works at the Movement Talent Agency.

 


 

 

Kristen Cambell-Taylor 

Kristin Campbell-Taylor has been a dancer since the age of 2. She trained in classical ballet with both the Aspen and San Francisco Ballet companies and was a member of Marguerite Derek's (Little Miss Sunshine, Modern Mrs. Maisel), Tremaine Teen Company.

She has performed, choreographed, cast and produced shows all around the world. Currently she is a television producer on some of the best known dance shows in the world, So You Think You Can Dance & Jlo's new World of Dance on NBC!

When she's not working on a Show she is a dance educator, teaching adult ballet, in Silverlake, CA at Ryan Heffington's (Sia's- Chandelier) dance studio the SWEAT SPOT. A former talent agent, Kristin is thrilled to be representing The Movement Talent Agency this season and scouting the best dancers in the nation.
